About Us

Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

Matthew 28:19-20

Welcome to Macedonia Baptist Church

We are called together in love to grow collectively and individually, and to fulfill God’s vision of unity and peace for us in the earthly dimension of His Kingdom.  Because we believe that everything is a part of the reality of God, all clans, families, tribes and nations are related to one another and to God.

Long before Solomon built the Temple in Jerusalem, believers worshipped God in a family setting.  Today we celebrate a sacred place−a place we call our home.  Our church home is a place where we magnify God collectively, take refuge, grow, give and nurture others, and are loved as a community of faith.

Today we honor this God-centered church home, dedicated as a sanctuary of love.  We welcome you to celebrate our joy at being at 26 Wilson Avenue.  God blessed us with the vision and the means to be here.  God especially blesses us today with your presence.  Our joy is great! For there was a time in our history when our ancestors could not openly worship and own property.  Hence, we will never forget their faith in God, their perseverance - using what they had, by God’s grace, to make what they needed.

Welcome to our God-given church home!  When you talk to Jesus, whisper a prayer for us.
